Madeline, a 73-year-old lady, is a former physics professor who still loves to challenge gravity during paragliding. She goes to her doctor because of haematuria.

  • ECOG PS: 0    
  • BMI: 33
  • Papillary tumour at posterior wall
  • Ultrasound: no hydronephrosis
  • Normal renal function
  • TURBT: pT1 UCa with micropapillary variant (>10%), muscle in specimen
  • Lymphovascular invasion (LVI), no concomitant CIS
