George, 78 years old, underwent cystoscopy which revealed a papillary tumour. His past medical history includes stable coronary artery disease, hypertension and borderline diabetes mellitus. He quit smoking 25 years ago.

  • Imaging: absence of extravesical extension or metastasis (cT2 N0M0)

  • ECOG PS: 1

  • Estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR): 66 ml/min
