Al (68 years old)

Al, 68 years old, used to be a professional ethical hacker. When he gets bored, he tends to hack the FBI website for fun and snoop around. The FBI doesn’t think this is funny.

On initial workup TURBT shows pT1 high-grade + CIS. Second resection shows pTis. BCG was started. Control cystoscopy after 3 months shows a 1 cm papillary tumour. TURBT confirms urothelial cancer pTa low grade (muscle in specimen).
