  • Initial tumour size: cT2 (38 mm), initial LN status: cN0
  • Tumour biology: ER 40%, PgR 30%, HER2 IHC 3+, G3
  • CT scan chest/abdomen and bone scan: no metastases
  • Neoadjuvant therapy: anthracycline/taxane + trastuzumab
  • Surgical therapy: breast conserving surgery and SLNB
    • Pathology report: no residual invasive disease: ypT0, ypN0 (0/3 sn)
  • Adjuvant therapy: regimen consisting of anti-HER2 therapy with an aromatase inhibitor + radiation therapy
