Lenny (45 years old)

Lenny is 45 years old. He was initially followed up in the internal medicine clinic for systemic lupus erythematosus. He is now referred for macroscopic haematuria. Investigations revealed MIBC with primary lung and diffuse nodal metastases.

  • ECOG PS: 1
  • Cachexia grade I, asthenia grade I and weight loss grade I
  • Haemoglobin: 9.0 g/dl
  • No peripheral neuropathy
  • No hearing impairment
  • GFR: 45 ml/min
  • CT reveals diffuse nodal metastases in the para-aortic region
  • PD-L1: high
