He recently underwent cystoscopy for painless haematuria.
Assessment summary:
- No relevant medical or family history
- Cystoscopy: multiple reddish lesions at the right bladder wall
- Urine cytology: HG UCa (according to the Paris system)
- Imaging: cN0 cM0
On TURBT, CIS was detected. He receives intravesical BCG.
