Victoria (40 years old)

Victoria is a 40-year-old casting director for drama films. She really enjoys it when the young talent chosen by her shines on the big screen in a movie theatre. Recently, she was diagnosed with breast cancer on the left side.

• Tumour size: cT2 (25 mm), LN status: cN1
• Tumour biology:
  • Ductal invasive carcinoma of NST
  • ER 0%, PgR 0%, HER2 0
  • Ki67 75%
  • G3
• CT scan chest/abdomen and bone scan: no distant metastases
• Primary systemic therapy started with EC dose dense
  • After 4 cycles: excellent clinical response and complete response at breast MRI
