Rose (78 years old)

Rose, 78 years old and mother of 4 children, is bothered by increased daytime urinary frequency and urgency. She mentions she has no urine loss during the night.


Medical history: Mild dementia (Aricept). Constipation (laxative if needed). No hypertension.
Clinical examination: Vaginal atrophy. Vulva: signs of excoriation from urine wetness.
Urinalysis: Normal.
Bladder diary: Inconclusive.
