Saad, 72 years old, manages a charming coffee shop, where he serves delicious brews and warm hospitality to regulars who have become like family over the years. Unfortunately, 2 years ago he was diagnosed with primary mUCa with retroperitoneal lymph node and lung metastasis.

• Partial response after 6 cycles of gemcitabine + cisplatin
• Ongoing maintenance avelumab without side effects
• Last CT scan: new mediastinal lymphadenopathy
• Lymph node biopsy confirmed a metastasis of UCa

• Medical history: mild hypertension, hyperthyroidism
• ECOG PS: 1
• Peripheral neuropathy: grade 1 due to prior cisplatin
• No hearing impairment
• GFR: 70 ml/min
