Saad, 72 years old, manages a charming coffee shop, where he serves delicious brews and warm hospitality to regulars who have become like family over the years. Unfortunately, 2 years ago he was diagnosed with primary mUCa with retroperitoneal lymph node and lung metastasis.
- Partial response after 6 cycles of gemcitabine + cisplatin
- Ongoing maintenance avelumab without side effects
- Last CT scan: new mediastinal lymphadenopathy
- Lymph node biopsy confirmed a metastasis of UCa
Assessment summary:
- Medical history: mild hypertension, hyperthyroidism
- ECOG PS: 1
- Peripheral neuropathy: grade 1 due to prior cisplatin
- No hearing impairment
- GFR: 70 ml/min
