Felix is a 73-year-old deejay. He is retired but he still loves to play and mix music from the 60s, 70s and 80s.

He underwent cystoscopy for painless haematuria, which revealed a papillary tumour.

Assessment summary:

  • No relevant medical history
  • Diagnostic TURBT, pathological review:
    • Minimal pT2 UCa
    • Multifocal, extensive CIS
  • Imaging: suggestive for cT2 cN0 cM0
  • Ultrasound: no hydronephrosis
  • eGFR: 65 ml/min
  • No peripheral neuropathy
  • No hearing impairment
  • ECOG PS: 1
  • Cardiac ejection fraction: 65%
