Fin is a 67-year-old plumber. In his free time, he enjoys doing puzzles, over the years he collected hundreds!
He went to the doctor because of severe lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS). Following workup, he is newly diagnosed with PCa.
Assessment summary:
- Severe LUTS, no other comorbidities, not currently sexually active
- T2b N0 M0 based on MRI and bone scan
- ISUP grade group 4 [Gleason score: 4 + 4]
- PSA 23 ng/ml
He declines surgery and prefers to have EBRT + ADT instead.
