Björn, a 67-year-old retired bus driver, always goes on foot. Cars give him claustrophobia. He goes to the doctor for a routine check-up. He is newly diagnosed with PCa.
- No medical history
- A stent was placed for angina pectoris 3 months earlier
- T3a N0 M0 based on CT and bone scan
- ISUP grade 4 group (Gleason score 4+4)
- PSA 23 ng/ml
He declines surgery and prefers to have external beam radiotherapy (EBRT) instead. Neo-adjuvant and concurrent ADT treatment is started.
