Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using the Mirrors of Medicine PPCP website (the "Site") operated by e-HIMS bvba ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Site is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Site.
By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Site.
Description of the Site
The Site contains cases, texts, publications, advertising, databases and other healthcare information and continuing education material (“Content”) intended for the educational use by healthcare professionals. The Content is never intended as professional advice nor as recommendation of particular products. Physicians and other healthcare professionals who use our Site should exercise their own clinical judgment as to the results. The Site is not suitable for non-healthcare professionals as it needs professional interpretation; consumers who use the Site do so at their own risk.
Accounts
In consideration of your use of the Site, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract. You also agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Site's registration form (the "Registration Data"), (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete and (c) acknowledge that the Site is intended for healthcare professionals and educational purposes only. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site (or any portion thereof).
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Site and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Site or a third-party Site.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.
You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trade mark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you without appropriate authorisation, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, please contact us at support@mirrorsmed.org.
Contributing to the Site
Our Site allows you to submit links, comments, ideas, ratings, reviews, suggestions, documents, and/or proposals ("Contributions") to the Site. By submitting Contributions to the Site, you acknowledge and agree the following: (a) your Contributions do not contain confidential or proprietary information; (b) we are not under any obligation of confidentiality, express or implied, with respect to the Contributions; (c) we shall be entitled to use or disclose (or choose not to use or disclose) such Contributions for any purpose, in any way, in any media worldwide; (d) we may have something similar to the Contributions already under consideration or in development; (e) your Contributions automatically become part of the Site’s Content and the property of us without any obligation of us to you; and (f) you are not entitled to any compensation or reimbursement of any kind from us under any circumstances unless stated otherwise.
Copyright and trademarks
The brand name Mirrors of Medicine, the Content and design of the Site is protected under EU and international copyright & trade mark laws. These materials are owned by or licensed to e-HIMS or its affiliates or are used with permission of their owners or as otherwise authorised by law. All rights are reserved, worldwide. You may print or download Content from the Site for your own personal, non- commercial, informational or scholarly use, provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. We reserve all our other rights. This means you may not sell, rewrite, or modify any or other material found on the Site, redistribute it, put it on your own website, or use it for any commercial purpose without our prior written authorisation.
You may link to the Site if your website offers products, Sites, or information of interest to the professional healthcare community. You are not allowed to link to the Site if you post illegal, obscene, or offensive content, or if the link is likely to have a negative impact on the Site’s reputation. Any other use, such as framing any part of the Site or incorporating any Content into another website, product, or application requires advance written permission from e-HIMS. e-HIMS assumes no responsibility for any websites or materials that are linked to Site or materials.
Intellectual property
The Site and its Content, including Contributions, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of e-HIMS bvba and its licensors. The Site is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Belgium and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or Site without the prior written consent of e-HIMS bvba.
You may not reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile or translate any software of the Site, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of such software, except to the extent expressly permitted under applicable law, without our prior written permission. You may not engage in systematic retrieval of Content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database or directory without our prior written permission.
Copyright or intellectual property infringement
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond to any claim that Content posted on the Site infringes the copyright or other intellectual property infringement ("Infringement") of any person.
If you are a copyright owner, or authorised on behalf of one, and you believe that the copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement that is taking place through the Site, you must submit your notice of "Copyright Infringement" in writing to the attention of support@mirrorsmed.org and include in your notice a detailed description of the alleged Infringement.
You may be held accountable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) for misrepresenting that any Content is infringing your copyright.
Links to other websites
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or Sites that are not owned or controlled by e- HIMS bvba. e-HIMS bvba has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites. You further acknowledge and agree that e-HIMS bvba shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content or goods available on or through any such websites.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites that you visit.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall e-HIMS bvba, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (c) any content obtained from the Site; and (d) unauthorised access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Your use of the Site is at your sole risk. The Site is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Site is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
e-HIMS bvba, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that (a) the Site will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the Site is free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the Site will meet your requirements.
Part of the Content published on the Site may reflect the views of the reviewers or authors of the material, not those of us or our partners. The Content may discuss uses and dosages for therapeutic products that have not been approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration and/or the European Medicines Agency. Healthcare professionals should verify all information and data as approved by their local authorities before treating patients or using any therapies described in the Content.
Acceptance procedure
By using the Site or downloading or accessing Content directly or from a third-party, you agree to all the terms and conditions in this agreement, including the Terms of Sale and Privacy policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the Site.
Governing law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Site, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Site.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Site.
