    • Spina bifida
    • Indwelling catheter
  • No paralysis
  • Tumour at right bladder wall
  • TURBT: min pT2 pure squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), no LVI, no concomitant CIS
  • Imaging: suggestive for cT3b N0M0 disease
  • Normal renal function
  • ECOG PS: 1
