Leonardo (33 years old)

Leonardo, 33 years old, wants to be the best chess player in the world. But first, he needs to make sure he's not checkmated in 10 moves. He’s worried about recurrent haematuria, and decides to pay his doctor a visit.

  • Spina bifida
  • Indwelling catheter
• No paralysis
• Tumour at right bladder wall
• TURBT: min pT2 pure squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), no LVI, no concomitant CIS
• Imaging: suggestive for cT3b N0M0 disease
• Normal renal function
• ECOG PS: 1
