Bart is a 69-year-old retired art teacher. His house is decorated with many paintings from his former students.
He was diagnosed recently with UCa of the bladder.
Assessment summary:
- Medical history: diabetes and diabetic nephropathy
- CT scan of chest, abdomen and pelvis: diffuse liver and lung metastases
- ECOG PS: 1
- No baseline neuropathy
- No hearing impairment
- GFR: 40 ml/min
- PD-L1 expression: low
