Violet (72 years old)

Violet, 72 years old, was once a famous ballerina. Now she spends her time re-watching videos where she's dancing. She misses the good old days.

She was diagnosed with MIBC T2N1M0 and underwent neoadjuvant dd-MVAC followed by radical cystectomy. The pathological stage after chemotherapy was ypT2N0. Chemotherapy was well tolerated, with grade 1 neutropenia and grade 1 anaemia. 15 months after surgery, she presents with lung metastasis.

  • GFR: 45 ml/min
  • PD-L1 expression in tumour sample from cystectomy specimen: negative
