Brian (64 years old)

Brian is 64-year old. He's a roof tiler who participates in outdoor archery competitions in his spare time. He underwent RP + ePLND for high-risk PCa (PSA 34.4 ng/mL, cT2c, biopsy ISUP grade 3 [GS 7 (4+3)]. At RP adverse features were found:

 

  • SM+

  • ECE/pT3

There was no SVI, there were no positive LNs and the pathological ISUP grade was 3 [GS 7]. After RP PSA was undetectable. Brian is otherwise healthy and has no co-morbidities.
