Timothy, 67 years old, goes to the doctor for a routine check-up. He is newly diagnosed with PCa.
- No medical history
- No comorbidities, still sexually active and extremely concerned about erectile function
- T3a N0 M0 based on CT and bone scan
- ISUP grade group 4 (Gleason score 4+4)
- PSA 23 ng/ml
He declines surgery and prefers to have external beam radiotherapy (EBRT) instead. Neo-adjuvant and concurrent ADT treatment is started.
