Mel (67 years old)

Mel, a 67-year-old erotic novel-writer (using a pseudonym of course), goes to the doctor because of severe lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS). He is newly diagnosed with PCa.

  • No medical history
  • No comorbidities, no longer sexually active
  • T3a N0 M0 based on CT and bone scan
  • ISUP grade 4 group (Gleason score 4+4)
  • PSA 23 ng/ml

He declines surgery and prefers to have external beam radiotherapy (EBRT) instead. Neo-adjuvant and concurrent ADT treatment is started.
