Fons is a dermatologist aged 59. He was sent to a urologist by his wife because his brother is diagnosed with clinically significant prostate cancer. Diagnostic work-up revealed the following:

 

  • PSA: 12.4 ng/mL

  • PV: 25 mL

  • DRE: abnormal architecture, suspicion of PCa
