Wolfgang is an 78-year-old man fascinated by foreign cultures and languages. He is currently learning Japanese and is proud he already knows some basic everyday words and phrases. He was diagnosed with high-risk PCa (pT3b, ISUP grade 4) 10 years ago. 3 years ago ADT was started because of a rising PSA.

Follow-up today:

  • ECOG PS: 1
  • Some back pain controlled with paracetamol
  • Rising PSA: 56 ng/ml
  • Testosterone: 19 ng/dl
  • CT and bone scan: bone and LN disease
  • Pathology review: PTEN loss on IHC
