Caroline, 36 years old, works as a pilates instructor in her free time. After giving classes, she usually takes a bath to relax her muscles. While taking a bath, she recently felt a lump in the left breast.

  • Genetic testing: no BRCA1/2 mutation
  • Primary systemic therapy (including LHRH analogue): 4 cycles of pembrolizumab + paclitaxel + carboplatin, followed by 4 cycles of pembrolizumab + doxorubicin + cyclophosphamide
  • BCS + SLNB
  • Pathology report: no residual tumour (stage ypT0N0)
