Adam (65 years old)

Adam is a 65-year-old retired pilot. He flew to the Canary Islands many times and is now considering to move there for good. Unfortunately, he is recently diagnosed with PCa.

• Medical history: no abnormalities
• Asymptomatic
• ECOG PS: 1
• Presenting PSA: 22 ng/ml
• Prostate biopsy: ISUP grade 5 (Gleason 4+5)
• CT and bone scan: cT3bN1M1a
  • 3 pelvic lymph nodes of 14 mm, 1 para-aortic lymph node of 23 mm
