Luigi (70 years old)

Luigi, 70 years old, retired as an electrician and now channels his expertise into building intricate model train sets. His wife complains she can't clean the basement anymore because of the miniature world he created.

Unfortunately, he is diagnosed with metastatic UCa of the bladder.

Assessment summary:

  • No relevant medical history
  • CT scan of chest, abdomen and pelvis: intrathoracic and retroperitoneal lymph node metastases, biopsy compatible with UCa
  • ECOG PS: 1
  • No peripheral neuropathy
  • No hearing impairment
  • GFR: 55 ml/min
  • PD-L1 expression: low

The patient completed 6 cycles first-line treatment with gemcitabine + cisplatin and has a complete response.
