Prostate cancer
Finding the right ADT for the right patient

Francis (65 years old)

Francis, 65 years old, spends most of his time with his grandchildren and spoils them with comfort food. On Wednesdays they get pancakes, and on Sundays homemade lasagna. He was diagnosed with PCa.

  • Underwent RP + PLND
  • Pre-operative PSA: 17 ng/ml
  • Pathology findings:

    • ISUP grade 4 (Gleason score 4+4)
    • Positive surgical margin (2 mm) at apex
  • Post operation:

He is referred to receive salvage radiation therapy (sRT).
