  • Imaging: suggestive of cT3b cN0 cM0
  • eGFR: 66 ml/min
  • 4 cycles of neoadjuvant GC
  • RC + PLND:
    • Urinary diversion by orthotopic neobladder
    • Pathology report: ypT3 ypN0 (0/10) R0
