Unfortunately, he is diagnosed with bladder cancer.

Assessment summary:

  • Comorbidities: arterial hypertension
  • ECOG PS: 0
  • Maximal TURBT:
    • Pure adenocarcinoma of the left bladder wall (non-urachal)
    • Muscle-invasive (minimal pT2)
    • No LVI
    • Unifocal, no concomitant CIS
  • Imaging: suggestive of cT2N0M0
  • Normal renal function, cisplatin eligible
  • No prior abdominal surgery
