INACTIVE --- Oligometastatic PCa: treating the primary and/or metastasesVincenzo (74 years old)
Vincenzo, aged 74 years, enjoys spending time on his own little vineyard. He presents with mild right hip discomfort to his GP.
- Medical history:
- 5 years ago: RP for T2N0M0 PCa
- 2 years ago: early prostate bed salvage RT without ADT for biochemical recurrence (PSA 0.22 ng/ml)
- No relevant comorbidities
- Otherwise fit
- Plain X-ray: lytic bone lesion
- PSA: 0.7 ng/ml
- PSA-DT: 8 months
The patient was referred to an uro-oncologist.
- PSMA-PET/CT: uptake in right acetabular and L1 spinous process (corresponding to lytic bone lesion on X-ray)
