Mitchell is a 67-year-old dentist. He has collected hundreds of comic books over the years and he now enjoys reading them together with his grandchildren.

He is newly diagnosed with PCa.

• ISUP grade group 4 [Gleason score: 4 + 4]
• PSA 23 ng/ml

He declines surgery and prefers to have EBRT + ADT instead.
