Wayde (66 years old)

Wayde, 66 years old, is an active member of the local book club. Every month, he meets with a group of 10 people to discuss the books they have read. He was diagnosed with mCRPC for which he already received 3 lines of therapy (docetaxel, enzalutamide, cabazitaxel).

Current situation:

• ECOG PS: 1
• Mild bone pain
• CT and bone scan: progressive bone metastases, no visceral metastases
• Rising PSA: 78 ng/ml
• PD-L1 positive
• Molecular testing: MMR-deficient
