Recently diagnosed with metastatic PCa.

Medical history: atrial fibrillation, receiving an oral anticoagulant (apixaban) and a statin (simvastatin), no other relevant comorbidities
ECOG PS: 1
PSA: 41 ng/ml
Lab values: normal
Prostate biopsy: ISUP grade group 4 (Gleason score 4+4)
Bone scan: 4 metastases (on vertebral bodies)
CT chest, abdomen and pelvis: locally advanced prostatic mass
No germline or somatic mutations detected
Bone health: vitamin D + calcium, dental evaluation, DEXA scan
He will start treatment with ADT
