Recently diagnosed with metastatic PCa.
- Medical history: atrial fibrillation, receiving an oral anticoagulant (apixaban) and a statin (simvastatin), no other relevant comorbidities
- ECOG PS: 1
- PSA: 41 ng/ml
- Lab values: normal
- Prostate biopsy: ISUP grade group 4 (Gleason score 4+4)
- Bone scan: 4 metastases (on vertebral bodies)
- CT chest, abdomen and pelvis: locally advanced prostatic mass
- No germline or somatic mutations detected
- Bone health: vitamin D + calcium, dental evaluation, DEXA scan
- He will start treatment with ADT
