  • Medical history: atrial fibrillation, receiving an oral anticoagulant (apixaban) and a statin (simvastatin), no other relevant comorbidities
  • ECOG PS: 1
  • PSA: 41 ng/ml
  • Lab values: normal
  • Prostate biopsy: ISUP grade group 4 (Gleason score 4+4)
  • Bone scan: 4 metastases (on vertebral bodies)
  • CT chest, abdomen and pelvis: locally advanced prostatic mass
  • No germline or somatic mutations detected
  • Bone health: vitamin D + calcium, dental evaluation, DEXA scan
  • He will start treatment with ADT
