Quentin (33 years old)

Quentin is a 33-year-old philatelist. At least, that’s what he calls himself, while in fact, he’s addicted to the smell of the glue on the back of the stamp. He’s worried about recurrent haematuria, and decides to pay his doctor a visit.

    • Spina bifida
    • Indwelling catheter
  • No paralysis
  • Tumour at right bladder wall
  • TURBT: min pT2 urothelial cancer + squamous differentiation + LVI
  • Imaging: suggestive for cT3b N0M0 disease
  • Normal renal function
  • ECOG PS: 1
