ADT resource management: finding the right ADT for the right patient

Mel (67 years old)

Mel, a 67-year-old erotic novel-writer, goes to the doctor because of severe lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS). Following workup, he is newly diagnosed with PCa.

  • No medical history
  • No comorbidities, no longer sexually active
  • T3a N0 M0 based on MRI and bone scan
  • ISUP grade group 4 (Gleason score 4+4)
