Norman, 72 years old, is a retired prison officer. 5 years ago, he underwent surgery with ePLND for high-risk prostate cancer: pT2b, pathological ISUP grade group 4 [Gleason score 4+4], negative surgical margins. 2 years later, with PSA still being undetectable, he was lost to follow-up.

Recent diagnostic work-up

  • PSA: 1.2 ng/ml (confirmed)
  • PSA doubling time: 8 months
  • PSMA-PET imaging: no signs of positive lymph nodes or metastases

No relevant comorbidities or medication.
