Man, 68 years old. Together with his spouse, he loves taking care of his 2 grandchildren after school once a week, and he enjoys his daily walk with their dog. Unfortunately, he is diagnosed with de novo mHSPC.

  • Medical history: well-controlled hypertension, treated with lisinopril
  • ECOG PS: 0, mild back pain
  • PSA: 59 ng/ml
  • Lab values: normal
  • Prostate biopsy: ISUP grade group 4 (Gleason score 4+4)
  • Bone scan: 3 metastases (2 on vertebral bodies, 1 in right ischium)
  • CT scan: locally advanced prostatic mass, few positive pelvic LNs, no visceral metastases
  • No germline or somatic mutations detected
  • He will start treatment with ADT
