Eric (58 years old)

Eric, 58 years old, was diagnosed with locally advanced bladder cancer with lung and liver metastases. He is on first-line treatment with cisplatin plus gemcitabine.

First follow-up scan after the 4th cycle showed progressive disease with a brain metastasis that was treated with stereotactic radiosurgery. He requires a daily dose of prednisone 50 mg.

  • Medical history: hypertension
  • CT scan of chest, abdomen and pelvis: diffuse liver and lung metastases
  • ECOG PS: 0
  • GFR: 75 ml/min
  • PD-L1: low
  • FGFR2/3 mutation status in diagnostic biopsy specimen: wild type
