Background:
Long COVID, also known as post-acute COVID-19 or post-acute sequelae of SARS-CoV-2 infection (PASC), is an umbrella term for the wide range of physical and mental health consequences. Because symptoms are often non-specific and persist several weeks or months after the initial COVID-19 infection, the diagnosis and treatment of long COVID are challenging. Primary care physicians play an essential role in the management of long COVID patients by applying holistic, patient-centered management approaches. This CME programme is designed to help physicians to identify long COVID presentations, improve diagnosis of the condition and implement the latest management strategies through informed decision-making.
