Camila, 72 years old, is a retired dressmaker. Nevertheless, she still makes clothes for her grandchildren. She was diagnosed with early breast cancer after detecting a lump in her right breast on self-examination.

- Medical history: osteoporosis with a hip fracture 6 months ago
- No family history of breast or ovarian cancer
- Postmenopausal since age 51
- Stage and tumour biology at diagnosis:
- cT2N0M0
- ER 100%, PgR 100%, HER2 IHC 0, Ki67 15%
- Upfront BCS + SLNB
- Pathology report:
- G2 lobular carcinoma
- Unifocal, 28 mm, pT2
- LVI or perineural invasion absent
- R0 resection (free margins)
- pN0 (0/3 sn)
- Multidisciplinary board meeting: postoperative RT and endocrine therapy + bisphosphonates
