  • Intermediate grade DCIS in 15%
  • LVI present, no perineural invasion

  • pN0 (0/4 sn)
• Multidisciplinary board meeting:
  • Gene expression profiling: low risk
  • Postoperative RT and systemic therapy + bisphosphonates
