Xavier (58 years old)

Xavier is a 58-year-old nurse, with a passion for cooking. He recently started a vegetable garden, but he is having troubles with mice that are eating all his vegetables!

He was diagnosed with PCa.

Assessment summary:

• Medical history: no relevant comorbidities or medication
• PSA: 12 ng/ml
• Clinical stage: T3a
• Prostate biopsy: ISUP grade group 4 [Gleason score: 4 + 4]
• MRI pelvis: 2 enlarged left internal iliac nodes (1.6 cm and 1.2 cm respectively)
• Bone scan: no signs of distant metastases
