High-risk non-metastatic prostate cancerXavier (58 years old)
Xavier is a 58-year-old nurse, with a passion for cooking. He recently started a vegetable garden, but he is having troubles with mice that are eating all his vegetables!
He was diagnosed with PCa.
Assessment summary:
- Medical history: no relevant comorbidities or medication
- PSA: 12 ng/ml
- Clinical stage: T3a
- Prostate biopsy: ISUP grade group 4 [Gleason score: 4 + 4]
- MRI pelvis: 2 enlarged left internal iliac nodes (1.6 cm and 1.2 cm respectively)
- Bone scan: no signs of distant metastases
