Finding the right ADT for the right patient

Don (67 years old)

Don is a 67-year-old bookkeeper. He goes to the doctor for a routine check-up. He is newly diagnosed with PCa.

  • No comorbidities, still sexually active and extremely concerned about erectile function
  • T2b N0 M0 based on MRI and bone scan
  • ISUP grade group 4 [Gleason score: 4 + 4]
  • PSA 23 ng/ml

He declines surgery and prefers to have EBRT + ADT instead.

Which ADT option in combination with EBRT would you choose?
