Don is a 67-year-old bookkeeper. He goes to the doctor for a routine check-up. He is newly diagnosed with PCa.
- No comorbidities, still sexually active and extremely concerned about erectile function
- T2b N0 M0 based on MRI and bone scan
- ISUP grade group 4 [Gleason score: 4 + 4]
- PSA 23 ng/ml
He declines surgery and prefers to have EBRT + ADT instead.
