  • ECOG PS: 1
  • Symptoms: back pain and weight loss over the last few months
  • Bone scan: 11 suspicious areas (4 on ribs, 7 on vertebral bodies/right sacrum)
  • CT: locally advanced prostatic mass, few enlarged lymph nodes, no visceral metastases
  • PSA: 143 ng/ml
  • Prostate biopsy: ISUP grade group 4 (Gleason 4 + 4)
