Assessment summary:
- Medical history: hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, smoker
- ECOG PS: 1
- Symptoms: back pain and weight loss over the last few months
- Bone scan: 11 suspicious areas (4 on ribs, 7 on vertebral bodies/right sacrum)
- CT: locally advanced prostatic mass, few enlarged lymph nodes, no visceral metastases
- PSA: 143 ng/ml
- Prostate biopsy: ISUP grade group 4 (Gleason 4 + 4)
