Heather, 70 years old, spends her days listening to audiobooks that make her dream about fantastic adventures.
She is diagnosed with metastatic UCa of the bladder.
Assessment summary:
- Medical history: diabetes
- CT scan of chest, abdomen and pelvis: lung metastases
- ECOG PS: 1
- No peripheral neuropathy
- No hearing impairment
- GFR: 60 ml/min
- PD-L1 expression: low
The patient completed 6 cycles of gemcitabine + cisplatin with complete response but has developed grade 2 peripheral neuropathy (PNP) and grade 1 fatigue. The patient receives duloxetine for her neuropathic pain.
