Bryan, 67 years old, is an electric engineer and will retire next year. Afterwards, he is planning on spending his time restoring the countryside house that belonged to his grandparents.

He was diagnosed with PCa 4 years ago:

Assessment summary:

  • High-risk cT2b PCa
  • Biopsy: ISUP grade group 3 (Gleason 4 + 3)
  • PSA: 23 ng/ml

Treatment:

  • Radical prostatectomy + ePLND
  • Post-operative: PSA undetectable; negative surgical margins
  • No follow-up visits after 18 months

Recent diagnostic work-up:

  • PSA: 7 ng/ml
  • Thoraco-abdomino-pelvis CECT: multiple retroperitoneal lymph nodes + 1 spot on the lung (biopsy proven)
  • Bone scan: 3 bone metastases in the spine
