Jude (70 years old)

Jude, 70 years old, has a profound passion for old-timer cars. His all-time favourite is the red Corvette from 1958 he fixed together with his best friend Jake.

Recently, he was diagnosed with metastatic UCa of the bladder.

Assessment summary:

  • Medical history: diabetes and diabetic nephropathy
  • CT scan of chest, abdomen and pelvis: diffuse liver and bone metastases
  • ECOG PS: 1
  • No peripheral neuropathy
  • No hearing impairment
  • GFR: 40 ml/min
  • PD-L1 expression: low

The patient completed first-line treatment with gemcitabine + carboplatin with complete response but has developed significant neuropathy and fatigue.
