On physical examination, his temperature is 38°C, heart rate is 92 beats per minute, respiratory rate is 18 breaths per minute, and oxygen saturation is 93% on room air. Lung examination reveals diffuse wheezing in both lung fields. A COVID-19 test is ordered, which resulted positive.
