Björn, a 67-year-old retired bus driver, always goes on foot. Cars give him claustrophobia. He goes to the doctor for a routine check-up. Following workup, he is newly diagnosed with PCa.
- No medical history
- Placement stent for angina pectoris 3 months earlier
- T3a N0 M0 based on MRI and bone scan
- ISUP grade group 4 (Gleason score 4+4)
- PSA 23 ng/ml
He declines surgery and prefers to have radiation treatment.
